Use the original store account
Install the same Examzio app from the same store and sign in to the Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Connect to the internet so the app can check your receipt or entitlement.
Restore inside the app
We plan to provide a Restore purchases action in the app’s settings and purchase screen. The exact steps will be updated when the app is released. A subscription that has expired or a refunded purchase will not restore active Premium access.
Check which product you purchased
A purchase for one Examzio app or platform does not automatically unlock another app or platform. Any cross-platform or bundle entitlement will be explicitly stated in the offer.
Still need help?
Provide the app name, device platform, approximate purchase date, and store order reference. Never send your password, complete card number, or immigration documents.
