Apple purchases
Sign in at Apple’s Report a Problem service, choose Request a refund, select the relevant purchase, and follow the instructions. Apple decides eligibility according to its policies and applicable law. Requesting a refund does not replace checking your subscription’s renewal status.
Google Play purchases
Use Google Play’s refund process with the Google account that made the purchase. Eligibility depends on timing, purchase type, region, and applicable law. If Google directs you to the developer, contact us with the app name and order reference, not payment-card details.
Cancelling future renewals
A cancellation usually stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current billing period. Your store screen shows access and renewal details. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
