On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the relevant app and choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. Follow the confirmation steps. If a cancellation option is absent, check whether the subscription already has an expiry date.
Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. For trial deadlines, follow the store’s terms; Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends.
On Google Play
Open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Choose the app and Cancel subscription. Complete the confirmation flow using the account that paid.
Important differences
Uninstalling an app, clearing quiz data, or deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime or remove-ads one-time purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel. For charges you want returned, use the refund process.
