Clear a quiz result
Open the result for the relevant exam and select Clear this result. You can also clear Examzio site data from your browser settings. Session records are not uploaded to an Examzio account.
Delete correspondence
If you previously emailed us, use the published contact address and ask to delete the correspondence or personal data associated with your email. We will explain any information we must retain for applicable legal obligations. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate verification process specifically requires them.
Future app accounts
No mobile account system is live yet. Before an app with account creation launches, this page will name the account data, retention rules, and working in-app and web deletion paths. This pre-launch page is not a claim that an app account-deletion system has already shipped.
Cancel purchases separately
Deleting data does not cancel a store subscription. Manage renewals with Apple or Google before deleting an app if you no longer want the service.
